Maclean’s is Canada’s national weekly current affairs magazine. Maclean’s offers strong investigative reporting and exclusive stories from leading journalists in the fields of international affairs, social issues, national politics, business and culture. I am a subscriber and I paid close attention to their University Ranking when choosing the post-secondary school to attend (which feels lie a life time ago now). I want to share with you some their top rankings:
They evaluated 49 Canadian universities and ranked them based on level of research funding, the diversity of offerings, and the range of graduate and professional program.
Most Comprehensive universities: wide range of programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels & significant degree of research activities.
Medical Doctoral universities: offer a broad range of Ph.D. programs and research; all institutions in this category have medical schools.
